Privacy Policy
Loopkin ("the game", "we", "us") is a single-player puzzle game that runs on your iPhone, together with this marketing website. This policy covers both, and explains exactly what data we do and do not handle. We've kept it plain.
The short version
Loopkin is built to be played offline. Your game progress stays on your device, and we add no analytics, advertising or tracking of our own. We don't run accounts or servers that hold your data. The only data that leaves your device is what's needed to process an optional in-app purchase and to measure App Store ad campaigns — both handled by trusted providers and described below. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
Data stored on your device
Your progress stays on your phone. The game saves your levels completed, scores, daily streak, settings and whether you've unlocked all levels, locally on your device. This never leaves the device, is never sent to us, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
In-app purchases
Loopkin offers one optional purchase — a £2.99 one-time unlock for all levels. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we use RevenueCat as our payment provider to validate the purchase and restore it across your devices. To do this, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user identifier and your purchase/receipt information on our behalf. We never see or receive your name, email, or payment card details — Apple handles payment, and we don't operate user accounts. If you never make a purchase, no purchase data is created. RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy, and Apple's by Apple's privacy policy.
App Store advertising measurement
If you install Loopkin after tapping an Apple Search Ads advert, the game uses Apple's privacy-preserving AdServices framework to collect a one-time attribution token. This lets us see, in aggregate, which ad campaigns lead to installs. It does not track you across other apps or websites, is not used to build a profile of you, and does not require any tracking permission. If you didn't arrive via an Apple Search Ads advert, no attribution token is collected.
App Store metadata
When you download Loopkin from the App Store, Apple provides us with standard, aggregated App Store Connect reports — for example download counts, territories, device and operating-system breakdowns, and crash diagnostics. This is collected and controlled by Apple, shown to us only in aggregate, and is not used by us to identify you.
Notifications
Loopkin may, only with your permission, send you a gentle local reminder about the daily room. These reminders are scheduled on your device — they involve no server and send no data to us. You can turn them off any time in iOS Settings or in the game.
What we do not do
- No advertising inside the game, and no advertising identifiers (IDFA).
- No third-party analytics, telemetry or tracking SDKs of our own.
- No cookies — in the game or on this website.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your personal data, for marketing or anything else.
- No accounts, and no servers of ours that store your gameplay.
This website
This is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts or trackers — everything it needs is served from the site itself.
Children's privacy
Loopkin does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The game stores progress locally and we operate no accounts, so there is no personal profile for us to build, of a child or anyone else.
Your rights
Because your gameplay data lives on your device, you stay in control of it: deleting the app removes it. For any purchase data processed by Apple or RevenueCat, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at the address below and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
